BigCommerce FreightPOP App Instructions

1. Log in to your store

2. Go to Apps > Marketplace. (Click on Marketplace link button)

3. You can browse apps using the category drop-down, or search by keyword FreightPOP.

4. When you find the FreightPOP app, click on the app card to view the app's landing page.

5. Landing pages contain details such as app features, pricing, screenshots, videos, and reviews. To install the app, click the Get This App button.

6. You'll be taken to the login screen where you will select the store that will install the app.

7. After logging in, you'll be taken to the app install page. Click Install.

8. This page outlines the data the app will access and the permissions the app needs before being installed. Click Confirm when you're ready to finalize the installation.

9. After the installation is complete, you can view the app under Apps › My Apps in the control panel.

 

Configure the FreightPOP app

1. In the Source dropdown field, you will select the FreightPOP environment that you have been set up for.

2. Enter your FreightPOP username and password and click Connect.

3. If the connection was successful, you will receive a confirmation on the top right that says “Connection to FreightPOP has been verified.”

4. Select a Product Settings to either use the FreightPOP Product Catalog or the Big Commerce Product Settings.

5. Select the rate you would like to be displayed to your online customer and click Save.

6. You will have an have an option to add markups or discounts. You can also set which rate should show based off total weight.

7. One you are done click save.

 

Adding the FreightPOP Shipping Method

1. You will want to navigate to the Shipping Settings by going to the clicking on the Settings menu item on the right then click Shipping in the Setup section

2. Locate the shipping zone you want to edit and click Configure or Edit button.

3. Once inside the zone configuration screen scroll down to the Real-time shipping quotes section and toggle on FreightPOP.

4. In the popup select Submit and then Done on the main screen
